In an effort to leverage on online resources SOS pay plan seek to empower
entrepreneurial individuals to take rewarding leadership role.

As a consequence, the school reward entrepreneur with similar vision of the SOS.
We have introduced two incentives initially ,namely Direct and Leadership commissions
.
Direct commissions is based on a% of school fees paid by leaners for courses.
It is paid weekly.

Leadership commissions is based on % of the direct commissions, and paid every
calendar month on the first week of the following month.

Our courses are as follows:
1.Source documents, Books of Accounts, Bank reconciliation statements refer per code
.SOS.SD,BOA,BRS..
2.Payroll & PAYSLIPS, referred as SOS.PP.
3.VAT & INCOME TAX, referred as SOS.VITAX.
4.CV writing and Interviews.. referred as SOS.CVI.
5.Social media etiquette & impact on Job search, referred as SOS.SMIJ.
Future courses:
1.Animation awareness.
2.Fashion & design
3.Cookery.
4.Writting.
5.Agri biz.
We are inviting partners willing to share in the mission of SOS to help create
awareness and will qualify for the generous compensation plan of SOS.
To participate in the same one is required to register with SOS by Paying initial annual
fees of ksh.1200 .
The promoters will be assigned a referral code that will facilitate registration of learners
coming through them.
There is no limit as to how many learners register with SOS.
There is a registration fee on students of kes.500 or 10 usd.
A learner or a student can be a promoter as well.

2.SOS.PP kes.2000 or 20 usd.
3.SOS.VITAX.kes.2000 or 20 usd.
4.SOS.CVI kes.2000 or 20 usd.
5.SOS.SMIJ kes.2000.

6. SOS Soft Skills ksh 2000

Annual subscription, promoters.1200 or 12 usd.
Student Registration annual kes.500 or 10 usd.

Commission calculations
Direct commission is 40% of course fees .
No commission on annual subscription except when a promoter introduce another
promoter.
They earn 20% based on initial registration fees and paid once.
Fees are paid in full.
No commission is paid on outstanding balance.
No refund is allowed once paid .
Leadership commission range from 10-4% of direct commission from number one to the
