Sircharles online is an informal outfit platform.
It was been formed to provide a bridge between Theory and practical for those professionals who struggle to get jobs or opportunities but lacked relevant experience or hands-on experience.
Sircharlesonline School is not a training for formal examination and the views expressed in this T&c doesn’t represent the views of any professional examination bodies such as Kasneb,KNEC,ICPAK and related.
The school may make amendments or improvements or its functionality from time to time.
Our content or course creators are independent of sircharles online (SOS) and doesn’t bind us to their contents.
We reserve the right to amend or change the study materials from time to time.
All coaching shall be covered by this Agreement and are included in the definition of Content. Should the Coaching involve any third party content, You agree that the sos is not responsible in any way for such content, and makes no representations or guarantees as to its merchantability or fitness of use. The delivery of the Coaching is the sole responsibility of the Creator.
General Rights In Operating the Sos
The sos reserves the following rights over the entire platform:
The sos may, but has no obligation to, monitor any content that appears on the sos or review any conduct occurring through the Sos, including any interactions between Coaches and Leaners. The sos has, in its sole discretion, an absolute right to modify, change, alter, suspend, or terminate any provision of this Agreement without warning at any time
Pricing on Store
The sos is not responsible for setting the pricing on a Creator’s Content on Store. Prices for Creator Content are set by the Creator and subsequently by the reseller.
Errors and Corrections
The sos does not guarantee that the Sos or any services offered through the Platform will be error-free or otherwise reliable, nor does the Sos guarantee that defects will be corrected or that any offerings through the Platform will always be accessible. The platform may make improvements and/or changes to the Sos and their features and functionality at any time, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting peak hours, though some downtime may occur. Errors in Content are the responsibility of the Creator who owns the Content.
We reserve the right to amend the Platform, and any service or material we provide on the Sos, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the SOS is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all of the Platform to coaches and Leaners.
